This will mean that you will have to undergo all the usual credit check or credit scoring procedures. Unless you have a really, really bad credit history, we are usually able to get tenants credit irrespective of credit history.
If you really do not want a credit check performed on your credit file, we have access to lenders that offer what is know as a Payday Loan. Normally, these lenders will lend up to £750, but it may be possible to borrow more collectively. Any previous bad credit history, including CCJ’s, are not normally regarded as a problem.
